📑 How to reset HBMSU Smart Campus password

1- Access the Smart Campus login page and then click on Forgot Password? Click Here!

2- This will open the password reset Self-Service page. Enter the username and solve the Captcha. Click on Continue when done.

3- Personal email is selected to receive the verification code. Solve the CAPTCHA challenge and then click on Continue to proceed.

4- Enter the verification code and then click on Verify. Note that, you will have only 20 minutes to finish the process.

5- Choose either to reset the password or unlock your account.

6- If you choose Password Reset, be sure that the new password meets the complexity requirements as follows:

Password must be at least 10 characters long
Password must contain uppercase characters, lowercase characters, numbers and special characters such as (!, $, #, %)
Password should not contain your first or last name
Last 10 passwords can’t be reused

Once done, click on Reset Password.
