1- In the Smart Campus Dashboard, expand the Services menu and then choose Credit Transfer

2- Click the plus icon at the bottom right to add a new request

 
3- Select the University / Institute from the dropdown box. If the university or institute is not listed, choose Other from the list and enter the university or institute name in the text box.

4- Upload the transcript, the grade policy and the courses syllabus

 
5- In the Courses section, click Add Course button and enter the details for each course

6- Once done, click on the Save button at the bottom left
 
7- In My Requests dashboard, you can edit the saved request, or you can click on Pay & Submit to proceed.
Note that, you can’t edit the request information after paying the request fees.

 
8- Pay the request fees using the preferred payment method

 
9- Once done, you will receive the payment receipt. Click on Continue to return to the home page.
 
10- Once processed, you will receive an email notification. You need to visit the Credits Transfer page again to check the status of your request.

11- To view the request moderation details, click on the View button
