1- In the Smart Campus Dashboard, expand the Services menu and then choose Program Change.

2- In the next page, click on the plus icon at the bottom right of the page to add a new request.

3- At the top, you will see the current program, the effective semester, and the request fees.

 
4- Select the new program from the dropdown.

 
5- If you are sponsored, you have to attach a letter stating that your sponsor does not oppose to the academic program change.

 
6- Enter the justification for changing the academic program.

7- Click on the Submit button once done.
 
8- Pay the request fees using the preferred payment method.
