Adding Email Profile to outlook application ( Connection to server issue )

There are two scenarios to receive this error/ issue.

1) If you are unable to add an HBMSU outlook profile from Control Panel -> Mail -> Email Accounts and a connection to server issue occurred.

2) Outlook cannot connect because " Needs password " and is showing the below error :

Fix :

Open the outlook 2016 application and add the account from the application itself.

1) Open Outlook 2016

2) Press on File -> Info

3) Click on account settings

4) Click on " New"

5) Add the HBMSU account ex : kalsheikh@hbmsu.ac.ae ( Do not use dots )

6) Continue with the process of entering the password to connect to server.
