How to reduce the size of Microsoft Office files 
    Convert Microsoft
office file into PDF format
- In MS Office applications, go to File tab
 
- Click
on Save As and then click on Browse
 
- Browse
to the location in which you want to save the file
 
- Enter
the File name
 
- In
the Save as type dropdown, select PDF
 
- Be
sure that Minimum size is selected
- 
Click
on Save when done
 Reduce the images size in MS Word
- Open
the MS Word file
 
- Select
any image in the file
 
- Under
Picture Tools, click on Compress pictures
 
- Select
Web/Screen under Change resolution
 
- Click
OK when done
 
Reduce images
size in MS PowerPoint
- Open
the MS PPT file
 
- Go
to File tab and then click in Options
 
- Go
to Advanced and locate Image size and quality block
 
- Select
96 ppi under Default resolution
 
- 
Click
on OK once done
