📑 Learner’s guide on Workshop activity
    Workshop activity is a tool used for peer assessment. First, you need to add a submission, which then is assigned to other peers for evaluation. You will use the grading scale that was configured by the teaching faculty to assess the submissions assigned to you.  
Basically, workshop activity goes through different phases as shown below.  Changing the phases is done by the teaching faculty.
 
Submission phase: 
For you to submit your work for peer assessment, the Workshop activity must be in the Submission phase.  
1- You have to take the submission availability dates into consideration. 
2- You will find the instructions on what you need to submit in the Instructions for submission area. 
3- Click on Add submission button to add your work. 
 

During the submission phase, you can edit or delete submissions as many times as you wish.
 
Assessment phase
In this phase, the faculty will assign you other learners to assess their work.
1- You have to take the Assessment phase availability dates into consideration.
2- You will find the instructions in the Instructions for assessment area.
3- Click on Assess button to evaluate your peer’s work and fill the assessment form.
 

 
Close phase
In this phase you will see your grade.
