📑 VLE Global Search
Global search lets you search everywhere in the courses that you have access to. You can search the resources and forums available in your courses for specific keywords or content.

You can access the Global search by clicking the search icon in the top panel.Â

Type the keywords or the content you are trying to find and then press Enter button in the keyboardÂ

This will search everywhere in the courses that you have access to. However, you can use the filters to limit the results.
You can expand the Filter block and update the search criteria as need. Using the filters:
- You can search by the item’s title or part of it
- You can select the item type such as file, assignment, quiz, etc. in the Search area dropdown
- You can limit the search to a specific course by selecting it in the Courses drop down. You need to type the course name and then select the desired course from the dropdown.
- You can also limit the search to the dates in between the item was added
Click on the Search button when done.
