How to fix the Illicitly Modified errorĀ

1- Download the DigiCertTrustedRootG4.crt file from here:Ā https://cacerts.digicert.com/DigiCertTrustedRootG4.crt
2- In your downloads folder, click on the āDigiCertTrustedRootG4.crtā file to open it.
3- When prompted, if you want to open the file, click on Open
4- Click the Install Certificateā¦ button
5- If you encounter a screen asking you to choose a store location, choose Current User and click NEXT.
6- SelectĀ Automatically select the certificate storeā¦. and then click NEXT.
7- Click the Finish button
8- Launch LockDown Browser again. The error should no longer occur. Ā
